Mat Mix Classes (Online & In-Studio)
BSB II Experienced Mat (Online)
Start the week off energized! An online small group class with plenty of individual support. Focuses on correct alignment, control, and whole body movement through the Pilates repertoire. Challenging and appropriate for the fit person who may experience low bone density, osteoporosis, or back or joint issues.
Mondays at 9:00 am. Online. Limited to 10 people.
Intermediate Mat (Online & In-Studio)
Explore movement using progressive resistance in upright positions that have been proven to be effective in fall prevention, increasing bone and muscle strength, and improving balance. Use weights, bands, balls, magic circles, and rollers while learning challenging Pilates mat exercises that are both safe and effective for people with low bone density.
Deepen your core connection. Review, hip bridges, rotations, and upper back extension. Learn how to plank. Develop an awareness of how these skills improve your strength training endeavors in exercises such as deadlift, overhead press, squats, and lunges, as well as improving your daily movement and favorite activities.
Become capable and confident. Note: Adjustments are made for people with low bone density.
Fridays at 9 am. Available online and in-studio. Limited to 10 people. Teacher approval required for registration.
BSB II Weight Bearing Pilates Mat (Online & In-Studio)
Challenging Pilates-based strength and balance building.
Integrate bone-building with strength-building principles while working on improving balance for the fit individual who may experience low bone density, osteoporosis, or normal bone density. It’s never too early to fill your bone density bank! Must complete Bone, Strength, and Balance I and II or similar Pilates experience. Increase leg strength, bone strength, and ankle and hip mobility for increased stride length and speed, balance, confidence, and well-being.
Wednesdays at 9:00 am. Available online and in-studio. Limited to 10 people.
Empower Peri-Pilates and Menopause Mat Class (In-Studio)
A class for women in transition. Build bone strength, ride the hormone rollercoaster without losing your mind, preserve precious muscle mass, make friends with your pelvic floor, and know that you're not alone in this powerful community!

Nuts and Bolts Apparatus for Beginners
Great for beginner learners and for those restarting their Pilates practice after a hiatus. Focus on correct alignment and trunk control while using the Pilates apparatus! Experience increased support, connection, and awareness that is provided from appropriate spring resistance. Lots of personal attention and customized instruction in a small group.
Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:00 pm, and starting on September 19th, Saturdays at 10:00 am. Limited to 4 participants.

Bone, Strength, and Balance I Pilates Mat and Strength Foundations
An introduction to bone building and strength building based on the Pilates principles of alignment, whole body awareness, and control. Use the Pilates mat work to build core strength, alignment, and awareness in order to apply it to exercises done upright that incorporate progressive resistance with weights and bands.
Increase leg strength, bone strength, ankle and hip mobility for increased stride length and speed, balance, confidence, and wellbeing.
Great for people new to Pilates or to exercise, and appropriate for individuals with regular bone density or low bone density. Learn the principles for safe loading of bones. It’s never too early to fill up your bone density bank!
Prerequisite for our more experienced and intermediate BSB classes (online & in-studio) on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Bone, Strength, and Balance I - Beginner
Bone, Strength, and Balance principles. Utilize the unique apparatus to enhance strength and balance, which is crucial to healthy aging!
Thursdays at 9:00 am. Limited to 4 participants.
Bone, Strength, and Balance Tower of Power - Experienced
Uses the Pilates Chairs and Towers to improve posture, balance, and strength through proper alignment and efficient Pilates movement principles. Springs add assistance, resistance, and challenge.
Fridays at 8 am. Limited to 5 participants.
EDS Thrive Pilates Apparatus - For People with Connective Tissue Disorders
Great for beginner learners and for those restarting their Pilates practice after a hiatus.

Finding Balance Postpartum - Experienced
For women at least 4 months postpartum with a doctor's note and up to 2-3 years. This is a special, redesigned format open to only 4 participants in order to enable a transition from pre-Pilates breath-inspired mat movement to using the unique Pilates Apparatus during the introductory session.
You’ll have: Community support combined with individualized attention. Q&A time built into the session. Learn simple, feel-good, easy-to-implement movements for self-practice. Whole body approach to postpartum exercises

Finding Balance Postpartum
We are thrilled to welcome back our prenatal clients who have given birth and to support their recovery and confident return to healthy, happy function as mothers.
Our comprehensive classes provide guidance for all postpartum needs, ranging from pelvic health and function to practical strategies for daily tasks like picking up and holding babies, pushing a stroller, and safely returning to favorite activities. We emphasize rehabilitating the body from the inside out to build confidence and awareness, preventing future injuries and issues.
Limited spaces are also available for postpartum individuals who did not participate in our prenatal classes.

Man Up for Movement: Intermediate Small Group Pilates for Men
Pilates Apparatus class. You don’t have to be flexible to do Pilates! If you are struggling with tight hips, back, and shoulders, it is limiting your ability to participate in other activities to your fullest, not to mention putting you at an increased risk of injury. Discover the joy of increased joint mobility, core strength, and flexibility.

Prenatal Pilates Apparatus
Grow your strength, balance, and overall well-being as you grow your baby. This apparatus class moves with you and your changing body throughout pregnancy, helping you build and maintain strength while prepping you for labor and delivery, managing symptoms, and easing the transition from pregnancy to caring for a little one. Your body is astounding. It deserves support at every life stage.

Thrive Forever Balance
Stay active forever! This class is geared towards building and maintaining strength and balance for older adults using the Pilates apparatus as well as practicing challenging balancing poses. Increase leg strength, bone strength, and ankle and hip mobility for increased stride length and speed, balance, confidence, and well-being.
Beginner: Tuesdays at 11:00 am and Fridays at 1:00 pm. Limited to 4 participants.
Experienced: Tuesdays at 10:00 am and Thursdays at 11:00 am and 1:30 pm. Limited to 4 participants.
Whole Body Pelvic Health Pilates
Get to know your body “down there,” without shame or embarrassment. Your pelvic floor health is CRUCIAL to living a strong and symptom-free life you love. This class will introduce you to the foundation of your core and how to sustain strength and confidence while overcoming any symptoms like bladder leakage or lower back pain. Bonus: These sequences just feel good. Give yourself and your pelvis this weekly gift of mobility. *Suitable for all ages and stages, including postpartum.
Beginner: Mondays at 11:00 am. Limited to 4 participants.
Mixed Level: Saturdays at 9:00 am. Limited to 4 participants.
Intermediate: Wednesdays at 8:00 am. Limited to 4 participants. Teacher approval required for registration.
All hour classes are 50 minutes long to allow for transition:
set up & clean up, schedule check-in, and a break for our teachers.
