Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled lesson or class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged for the lesson. If you do cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full price. If you do not show up for your scheduled lesson or class, you will be charged the full price.

If you experience an emergency or Covid symptoms or have had Covid exposure, please contact us when it is possible so that we can grant you a pass on the cancellation charge.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Covid Policy

Teaching and spreading health and wellbeing is what we are all about. To that end, we want the studio space to be a safe and welcoming environment for all. In order to do that we clean and sanitize our equipment, provide hand sanitizer and follow the guidelines of the CDC. Sometimes we exceed these guidelines to ensure that we can keep the studio open and everyone thriving.

At this time we are asking for proof of vaccination and for students to wear masks while in the studio.

Hybrid Teaching Model

We are so happy to be able to offer online lessons and classes to anyone who feels unable to participate in person. Reasons for this may be Covid exposure, inclement weather, work/life balance/schedule, recovery from injury or surgery. We are extremely adept at pivoting between the formats in order to give you a seamless and effective experience. Thrive at home, at work, at the studio or outdoors.
