Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled lesson or class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged for the lesson.

  • If you cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full price.

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled lesson or class, you will be charged the full price.

  • If you experience an emergency or Covid symptoms or have had Covid exposure, please contact us when it is possible so that we can grant you a pass on the cancellation charge.

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Covid Policy

  • Wearing masks is optional.

  • Clients should not come to Thrive Forever if they experience any of the following symptoms: fever, shortness of breath, dry cough, runny nose, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell.

  • Clients need to inform Thrive Forever immediately if they test positive for Covid 19 for contact tracing purposes, and they will opt to reschedule any lessons/classes or to participate in online lessons/classes until the recommended quarantine period has ended.

  • In the event that an instructor has been exposed to Covid, they will notify their students in upcoming classes as soon as they can, and classes may transition online or be canceled.

  • We clean and sanitize our equipment, provide hand sanitizer and follow the guidelines of the CDC. Sometimes we exceed these guidelines to ensure that we can keep the studio open and everyone thriving.

  • We have a variety of classes that are offered online or hybrid (online or in-person.)


Other

All hour classes are 50 minutes long to allow for transition: set up & clean up, schedule check-in, and a break for our teachers.

What are the best classes for beginners?

  • Man Up Your Movement: Pilates for Men Equipment Trio - Mondays at 10 am.

  • Finding Balance Postpartum Pilates Equipment Trio - Mondays at 11 am and Fridays at 11 am.

  • Nuts and Bolts Pilates Equipment Class for Beginners - Wednesdays and Fridays at 12 pm and Saturdays at 10 am.

  • Pelvic Health for Everyone Reformer Trio - Wednesdays at 8 am.

Packages



How to purchase a package:

We offer a variety of 5 and 10 pack packages for online mat classes, Pilates equipment trios, private Pilates lessons, and Pilates duets lessons. Purchasing a package is very simple:

  1. Go to the Packages page on our website.

  2. Click the name of the category of package you want to purchase. For example, Private Lessons or Online Classes.

  3. Click on the link for the size of package you wish to purchase.

  4. Enter your information: name, email, phone number.

  5. Click Pay Now and Complete Now.

  6. Enter your payment information.

  7. Click Pay and Finish.

*When you purchase a package you will receive a receipt via email with a Certificate Code on it. Save this email and code as you will need the code to schedule your classes.

*Before you buy a new package, check your existing package codes to see how much time you have left on them. To do this:

  1. Click here to log in to your Acuity account. (Or click the Login button on our website navigation menu.)

  2. Click the login button in the upper right-hand corner. Enter your login details.

  3. Click on your email in the upper right-hand corner.

  4. A short drop-down menu will show up. Click on Manage Code.

  5. From there you can view all of your package codes to see how much time remains on codes and how much time is left before package codes expire.

How do I find my package or gift certificate codes?

  1. Login to your Acuity account.

  2. Click on your email in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Click on Manage Codes.

Scheduling

How do I schedule or reschedule a duet or private lesson?

Email info@thriveforeverpilates.com to schedule your duet or private lesson. Please do not schedule online.

How to schedule your classes:

  1. Find the class date you want to schedule and click the Book button.

  2. Enter your contact information and check the 2 boxes. Click on Continue to Payment.

  3. If you have already purchased a package and have a code, DO NOT enter your payment information. Instead, cut and paste the code from your receipt into the Package, Gift, or Coupon Code section on the right. Click apply. Then the total due will be $0. Click Confirm to finalize and save the scheduled appointment.

  4. If you do not have a package code and you are purchasing a drop-in class, enter your payment information. Click Pay and Confirm to finalize and save the scheduled appointment.

  5. You will be taken to a confirmation screen. Click on the Schedule Another Appointment link in the upper left-hand corner if you wish to schedule another date for the same class.

How do I cancel a class?

There are two ways to cancel a class or lesson.

#1 For clients with an Acuity account:

  1. Go to our Acuity Scheduling page: https://thriveforeverpilates.as.me/

  2. Click the login button in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Once logged in, click on your email in the upper right-hand corner.

  4. You will see a short drop down menu.

  5. Click on Appointments.

  6. Click on the Cancel button.

  7. Click cancel (again) to complete the cancellation.

#2 - For clients who do NOT have an Acuity account:

Click Change/Cancel appointment in the initial confirmation email you received after booking. This takes you back to your confirmation page, where you can cancel.

*Note: Per our cancellation policy, you have to cancel 24 hours in advance. Under 24 hours, you will not be able to cancel the appointment online.

How do I reschedule a class?

There are two ways to reschedule a class. (You have to email info@thriveforeverpilates.com to reschedule a duet or private lesson.)

#1 For clients with an Acuity account:

  1. Go to our Acuity Scheduling page: https://thriveforeverpilates.as.me/

  2. Click the login button in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Once logged in, click on your email in the upper right-hand corner.

  4. You will see a short drop down menu.

  5. Click on Appointments.

  6. Click on the Reschedule button.

  7. Choose the date and time you want to reschedule for.

  8. Click Done.

#2 For clients who do NOT have an Acuity account:

  1. Find the email you received when you scheduled your class.

  2. Click the Reschedule button.

  3. Choose the date and time you want to reschedule to.

Client Acuity Accounts

There are two ways to create an account.

#1 Create your account after scheduling a class:

Step 1: On your booking confirmation page, click SIGN UP in the upper right corner.

Step 2: Create an account and password, click Agree to the terms and services, and click Sign up.

Step 3: Your account has now been created. You can click Log in in the top-right corner, enter your email address and password, and then click Log in.

#2 Create an account by using our Acuity scheduling page link:

  1. Click here: https://thriveforeverpilates.as.me/ (Or click on the Login button on our website navigation menu.)

  2. Click the Sign Up button in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Enter your name, email, and password.

  4. Check the box to agree to our terms of service, and acknowledge our privacy policy.

  5. Click the Sign Up button.

How do I log into my Acuity account?

You can log in to your Acuity account by clicking on the Login button on our website navigation menu (above on the left) or by clicking here: https://thriveforeverpilates.as.me/ Once on the Acuity scheduling page, the login button is on the upper right-hand corner.

How do I navigate my Acuity account?

Once you login to your account, click on your email in the upper right-hand corner. A short drop-down menu will show up. You will have two button option. View Appointments or Manage Codes. Under View Appointments/calendar, you can view your upcoming schedule, schedule a new class, and reschedule or cancel an existing class.

Under Manage Codes, you can view your existing and past package codes. The Manage Codes page is especially useful before purchasing a new package. You can check how much time is left on your current package, so you know when to buy a new one.

What are the benefits of creating an Acuity account?

You can do everything while logged into your account without having to access multiple links on our website. It’s very convenient!

  • Schedule classes (Private and duet lessons require emailing to schedule.)

  • Purchase packages.

  • You can view your entire schedule at a glance.

  • You can cancel classes and lessons directly from your calendar.

  • You can reschedule a class directly from your calendar. (Private and duet lessons require emailing to reschedule.)

  • View any active package, gift certificate, or subscription codes on your account and what they can be used for by clicking on Manage Codes.

  • Use the Acuity app on mobile to schedule on the go.
