Thrive On! Bone, Strength, and Balance II Pilates Mat Class (Online)

Start the week off energized! An online small group class with plenty of individual support. Focuses on correct alignment, control, and whole body movement through the Pilates repertoire. Challenging and appropriate for the fit person who may experience low bone density, osteoporosis, or back or joint issues.

Thrive On! Bone, Strength, and Balance II

Challenging Pilates-based strength and balance building. 

Integrate bone-building with strength-building principles while working on improving balance for the fit individual who may experience low bone density, osteoporosis, or normal bone density. It’s never too early to fill your bone density bank! Must complete Bone, Strength, and Balance I or similar Pilates experience. Increase leg strength, bone strength, and ankle and hip mobility for increased stride length and speed, balance, confidence, and well-being.

Fridays at 8:30 am - HYBRID! Available Online AND In-Studio

Bone, Strength, and Balance III Pilates Based Strength Training and Mat (Previously called BSB Advanced Combo)

80-minute class. Limited to 8 participants. Taught by Orly.

  • Starting January 10th, this class is ongoing and available weekly from 9:00 am - 9:50 am. This class is now part of the new Hybrid BSB Mat Package that is good for online and in-person mat classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9 am! 

Explore movement using progressive resistance in upright positions that has been proven to be effective in fall prevention, increasing bone and muscle strength, and improving balance.  Use weights, bands, balls, magic circles, rollers while learning challenging Pilates mat exercises that are both safe and effective for people with low bone density.

Deepen your core connection. Review, hip bridges, rotations, and upper back extension. Learn how to plank. Develop an awareness of how these skills improve your strength training endeavors in exercises such as deadlift, overhead press, squats and lunges as well as improving your daily movement and favorite activities.

You don’t have to be flexible to do Pilates! If you are struggling with tight hips, back, and shoulders, it is limiting your ability to participate in other activities to your fullest, not to mention putting you at an increased risk of injury. Finding Balance Postpartum Equipment Trio

For women at least 4 months postpartum with a doctor's note and up to 2-3 years.

Limited to 3 participants. Taught by Orly.

This is a special, redesigned format open to only 3 participants in order to enable a transition from pre-Pilates breath-inspired mat movement to using the unique Pilates Equipment during the introductory session.

Bone, Strength, and Balance I Pilates Mat and Strength Foundations - 6-Week Session

50-minute class. Limited to 6 participants. Taught by Orly.

$180 for the 6-week session. $35 for drop-ins.

  • Jan & Feb 6-week session: January 13, 27, and February 3, 10, 17, 24. Class card expires on February 24. 1 make up class allotted per session on Wednesdays at 9 am Thrive On! BSB II Hybrid.

An introduction to bone building and strength building based on the Pilates principles of alignment, whole body awareness, and control. Use the Pilates mat work to build core strength, alignment, and awareness in order to apply it to exercises done upright that incorporate progressive resistance with weights and bands.

Increase leg strength, bone strength, ankle and hip mobility for increased stride length and speed, balance, confidence, and wellbeing.

Great for people new to Pilates or to exercise and appropriate for individuals with regular bone density or low bone density. Learn the principles for safe loading of bones. It’s never too early to fill up your bone density bank!

Expand your Pilates experience while exploring different accessories and how they promote connection through the body. Limited to 8 people.


Thrive Adaptive Yoga

Adaptive yoga aims to welcome beginners as well seasoned practitioners to feel more comfortable in their bodies through gentle movement and mindfulness practices.

These classes are also designed for people living with physical limitations, and all are welcome. Most of the asana (poses) are done seated in a chair. Standing variations with the use of other props are also offered. Every class includes pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and savasana (relaxation).

Thrive Adaptive Pilates Mat

Bone safe. Back safe. Beginner Safe.

The Pilates mat repertoire has a beautiful flow which allows you to listen to your body as it moves in space. The benefits are both physical and mental. With expert teaching and the use of small props we will guide you to discover the breath that moves you.

Exercises are adapted to accommodate low bone density, back conditions or beginner learners. But all are welcome to participate in order to develop body awareness to increase mobility and functional strength, improve balance and prevent injury.

Thrive Deep Dive

When you are itching to return to your active life and to your free spirited self but you don't know where to start, take the Thrive Deep Dive!

Exciting new curriculum! Come for an in-person semi private lesson and leave with prerecorded tutorials and homework exercises to practice on your own time. Create your own self-practice and promote growth and resilience!

Commit to once or twice a week during this mini session. The more you participate the greater your transformation. Limited to 3 people.
