5 Nuts and Bolts Equipment Classes. No private introductory lesson.

Hit the ground running. Recommended for those who don’t have injuries or pathologies that require a private evaluation. Only good for designated Nuts and Bolts classes.

Confident Beginnings Trio 5-Class Intro Package: $300

5 Confident Beginnings Pilates Reformer Trios. No private introductory lesson.

Start your Pilates practice on the right foot in a judgment-free zone of comfort and confidence. Learn to navigate our reformers with ease as you discover how your body responds to our foundational exercise series. Perfect for all people; MEN are highly encouraged to try out this class!

Bone, Strength, and Balance I Pilates Mat and Strength Foundations Class

An introduction to bone building and strength building based on the Pilates principles of alignment, whole body awareness, and control. Use the Pilates mat work to build core strength, alignment, and awareness in order to apply it to exercises done upright that incorporate progressive resistance with weights and bands.

Great for people new to Pilates or to exercise and appropriate for individuals with regular bone density or low bone density. Learn the principles for safe loading of bones. It’s never too early to fill up your bone density bank!
